Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Aquiles IA (aquilesia.org), operated by Escuela Habilidades Blandas LLC. By using the service you accept them.

The service

Aquiles IA helps plan and prepare marketing: research, strategy, copy, graphics, campaigns and measurement. Suggestions generated with artificial intelligence must be reviewed by you before they are published.

Your responsibilities

• Use truthful information and hold the rights to the content and brands you upload.
• Comply with the policies of the platforms where you publish (Meta, Google, TikTok and others) and with the applicable law.
• Approve the campaigns and the ad spend yourself. Aquiles IA creates campaigns paused and never starts spend without your approval.
• Keep your account credentials secure.

Third-party connections

When you connect external platforms, you authorize Aquiles IA to use them only for the features you request. Those platforms have their own terms, and ad spend is billed directly by them.

Payments and cancellation

Paid plans are charged in advance according to the chosen plan. You can cancel at any time; cancelling stops the following charges.

Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee specific business results from campaigns. The service is provided "as is", to the extent permitted by law.
