Privacy Policy

Aquiles IA (aquilesia.org) is marketing software operated by Escuela Habilidades Blandas LLC. This policy explains what data we process, why, and what rights you have. Write to contacto@aquilesia.org with any question.

Data we process

• Account: name, email address and role of the people who use Aquiles IA.
• Business information: what you enter about your company, offer, customers, campaigns and content.
• Connections you authorize: when you connect Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, TikTok or other tools, we store the access permission (token) encrypted, together with the IDs of the accounts you choose, such as the ad account, page or pixel.
• Campaign data: performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, results) of the campaigns created or linked from Aquiles IA.
• Visits and leads on your pages: if you use our landing pages or the WordPress connector, we record visits, form submissions and sales attributed to each campaign.

How we use it

• To provide the service: prepare strategies, copy, graphics and campaigns, and measure their results.
• To create and manage on your advertising platforms only what you approve. Aquiles IA never starts ad spend without your approval.
• Security, abuse prevention and support.

Meta data (Facebook and Instagram)

With your authorization, Aquiles IA uses Meta's official APIs to list your ad accounts, create paused campaigns, ad sets and ads, and read their metrics. We use this data only for the features you request; we do not sell it, share it with third parties for advertising, or use it for any other purpose. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting Meta in Aquiles IA or in your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Business integrations).

TikTok data

With your authorization (TikTok for Business sign-in), Aquiles IA uses the official TikTok API for Business to list the advertiser accounts you choose, create campaigns, ad groups and ads that are always paused, and read their metrics (impressions, clicks, spend and conversions). We only access the accounts you connect and use that data solely to show your own business its results: we do not sell it, share it with third parties, or manage any account without your authorization. Nothing spends money until you activate the campaign in Aquiles IA. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting TikTok in Aquiles IA or by removing Aquiles IA's authorization in TikTok for Business.

Google data

If you connect Google Ads, we use its official API with your authorization to create paused campaigns and read their metrics, under the same rules: only your accounts, only to show you your results, and no selling or sharing of the data. You can revoke access in Aquiles IA or in your Google Account security settings.

Service providers

To operate we use providers that process data on our behalf: cloud hosting and database, OpenAI to generate content from your business information, and payment processors. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active. When you disconnect an integration, we stop using its access. If you ask us to delete your data, we delete it within 30 days at most, except what the law requires us to keep.
